There are many articles about sex and health, but in this article we will present research and medical findings on the matter.

Physical activity. The risk of suffering a heart attack increases when it changes from moderate to severe. The abrupt change of moderate to intense physical activity is what creates greater danger for our health. This occurs mainly with people who do not exercise regularly. This study was published in the "Journal of the American Medical Association."

Doctors know the dangers of physical activity long time ago, as well as its many benefits are known. But today, you can now even quantify the risk of physical activity. The team of Dr. Issa Dahabreh of Tufts Medical Center in Boston, has performed an analysis of 14 studies. These studies link sex, sport, physical activity and the risk involved. There are two basically risks: the infarction and sudden death.

These 14 studies have concluded that people exposed to the above activities, are 3.5 times more likely to suffer a heart attack or sudden death than someone who does not practice. This first group is prone to such attacks while they are carrying out high-intensity sport or exercise.

On the other hand, the second group consists of those people who are having sex are 2.7 times more likely to suffer some kind of attack.

Both the first and the second group, are at risk to suffer such attacks during or after 1 or 2 hours after it has been practiced. These risks can be minimized if the person practices sex frequently, so if you are a natural athlete will not have major risks.

Related to the above, there is a group of people who have had it all backwards. That is, start having suffered a heart attack and wonder if they can have sex again or play sports. Studies conducted by the University of Ulm (Germany) have concluded that having sex and playing sports again is healthy. As mentioned before, if activities are performed frequently the risk is reduced. It is therefore important that a patient suffering from stroke, slowly return to get used to exercise and strengthen your heart system.

The fact of having sex is equivalent to doing moderate exercise. Sex is not considered to be high intensity that’s why sex is a good way to reinforce again the heart and blood flow.
